At Bontrager Building, every project is personal. For Eric Bontrager, building has never been just a job. It’s something he’s lived and breathed for decades.

With a background in framing and finish carpentry, Eric doesn't just manage crews — he builds alongside them. That hands-on foundation is what sets him apart. He considers the whole picture and his mind is always solving, planning and figuring out how to bring a vision to life.

Over the past 20 years, Eric has led everything from improving high-end ranch properties to multi-million dollar remodels on the slopes of Vail and Beaver Creek. As a project manager, he guides projects from first sketch to final punch list — always with a sharp eye, honest communication, and a commitment to doing things right.

Clients don’t just hire Eric for his skill, they hire him because he listens, communicates, and treats every project like it’s his own.
